Conditions
To publish an article in Scientific Bulletin of Kherson State University. Series "Legal Sciences" № 2, 2026 it is necessary by March 31, 2026:

▶ To the e-mail address editor@lj.kherson.ua send an article prepared in accordance with the specified requirements.
Academic integrity
The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
Information on Article Processing and Publication Fees:
Journal does not charge submission fees. Publication fees are charged only after the manuscript is accepted for publication.
Payment details are provided after approving the article for publication. The cost of publishing an article is 1400 UAH (the volume of the article up to 12 pages inclusive). If the article exceeds the stated volume, the author of the article should pay 40 UAH for each additional page.
The editorial board accepts for free publication individual articles by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs, provided that they comply with the established requirements and principles of academic integrity.
Along with the article, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate from the postgraduate department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must bear the signature of the head of the postgraduate department and the official seal.
If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.
Journal electronic version will be available on the website on May 30, 2026.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it on June 30, 2026.
